Guido Perdomo Montalvo
Founding lawyer of the firm on April 1, 1986. Graduated with a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santiago de los Caballeros in 1985. Appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Dominican Republic on November 2nd, 1987. He completed courses with Roger Fisher at Harvard University on Mediation, Negotiation and Alternative Conflict Resolution, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1999, 2001 and 2002. Specialized in Real Estate, Corporate Law, Notarial Acts and Alternative Conflict Resolution. Languages: Spanish, English, French and German.
Guillermo Perdomo Pérez
Lawyer at the firm since September 19th, 2016. Graduated with a Law Degree Summa Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santiago de los Caballeros in 2005. In 2012 he completed master's studies (LL.M.) at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., in International Business and Economic Law Specialized in Real Estate and Corporate Law. He has completed specialized additional studies such as: - Certificate “Economics and Finance for Legal Analysis” taught by Empírica: Center for Economic Applications in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2010. Mesahel Jiménez Polanco
